On June 26, 2025, the Paraninf Hall of the Faculty of Medicine of the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona was filled with emotion and satisfaction: a new generation of Health Vocational Training students graduated after becoming the PROs they wanted to be.
At 5 p.m. the graduation ceremony for the class of 2024-25 began in an atmosphere that was both festive and institutional, with a pleasant feeling of pride for a job well done:complete the vocational training cycle for which the graduates have worked so hard!
The event brought together students, teachers, families and institutional representatives to celebrate the end of a transformative stage in a emblematic and prestigious health training space What is this university hospital like?
The ceremony, led by Blanca Acevedo as master of ceremonies, served to recognize the effort and perseverance of the students of six degrees in the health field:
- Senior Technician in Pathological Anatomy and Cytodiagnosis.
- Senior Technician in Health Documentation and Administration.
- Senior Technician in Oral Hygiene.
- Senior Technician in Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine.
- Senior Technician in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory.
- Nursing Assistant Technician.
The graduates of these six healthcare training courses shared laughter and excitement, knowing they belong to a select group of students with great potential to begin working in their respective specialties.
The presiding panel for Grupo Forma-t's graduation ceremony was comprised of six experts with extensive knowledge of vocational training in our country, a key factor in preparing and coordinating a top-level training program that clearly differentiates itself from its competitors.

During the diploma presentation, various individuals associated with the MS Foundation and the institutional group participated in the rotations to accompany the graduates and present their diplomas. This included:

An exciting and unforgettable diploma ceremony
The ceremony began with a warm welcome from the master of ceremonies, who recalled the symbolic nature of this event: a closing of a stage, but also the beginning of a new professional path.
After the introduction, the doors opened to admit the students into the Auditorium, accompanied by inspiring background music that accompanied them until they took their assigned seats.
The excitement was palpable in every corner of the room, especially on the main stage. The entire teaching and administrative team from Forma-t Barcelona and Forma-t Madrid was present, not only as event organizers but also as key figures who supported the students every step of the way.
Forma-t Group's graduation speeches: a commitment to academic excellence and student employability
One of the most moving and significant moments of the celebration was the participation of the voices that have accompanied and guided Forma-t's educational project.
Through their words, all participants paid tribute to the students' efforts and shared reflections on the present and future of the healthcare professions.

The first to speak was Rose Martin, director of Forma-t in Barcelona, who dedicated a few words of encouragement to the promotion.
He claimed the importance of teamwork within the healthcare environment and encouraged students to maintain a critical attitude, with curiosity about the reason for each action.
“Don't just do what you do: always ask yourself why you're doing it. Never stop growing, both professionally and personally,” Rosa said, emphasizing that effort, dedication, and a desire to excel are the keys to achieving any goal.
He concluded with a powerful statement:
“You have ceased to be students and have become qualified professionals. Success awaits you.”

Then he took the floor Marisa Gonzalez, director of the new Forma-t center in Madrid, who thanked the Barcelona team for their welcome and shared a message full of vocation and empathy.
Addressing the students, he recalled that his choice was not only academic, but also deeply human: “You have chosen a profession that not only cares, but accompanies, supports, and transforms.”
He also emphasized the importance of taking care of oneself in order to take care of others. The key? Making time for rest, taking care of one's mental health, and adopting and maintaining healthy habits.

Tomàs Güell, godfather of the promotion
The institutional block closed with the intervention of the sponsor of the promotion, Thomas Güell, founder of Let's lead and a leading figure in youth leadership. His energetic and engaging speech was a true call to commitment, effort, and authenticity.
Tomàs shared his own experience, stressing that give 100 % is the key to growth:
“Life is a collection of attempts, some victories, and much learning. The important thing isn't being the best in the world, but being better for the world.”
He encouraged the graduates to be agents of change, to remain true to their values, and to practice their profession with humility, heart, and character. His final message was clear: “With passion, effort, and purpose, nothing and no one will stop you.”
The delegates' speech
The delegates' speeches were one of the most moving moments of the afternoon.
Representing all the students, they thanked the teachers, families, and the entire Forma-t team for being present throughout their journey of personal and professional growth.
With a mixture of emotion and pride, they recalled that this stage has been much more than technical training.
It has turned out to be a vital experience in which, in addition to knowledge, they have acquired values such as empathy, solidarity, and respect.

Presentation of very special recognitions that go beyond the diploma
The ceremony included several moments full of symbolism and emotion, in which individual journeys and values that are part of Grupo Forma-t's DNA were recognized.
Recognition of the sponsor of the promotion
After a speech as inspiring as the one we have summarized in the previous section, Thomas Güell He received a commemorative plaque as the sponsor of the class, in gratitude for his involvement and for sharing his vision with the recent graduates.
The person in charge of giving him this recognition was Guillermo Creuheras, CEO of the MS Group, who highlighted Tomàs's commitment to young leadership and his connection to the values of healthcare training.
MS Foundation Scholarship for Academic Merit
One of the most emotional moments of the event was the presentation of the MS Foundation Scholarship for Academic Merit.
Without prior notice and as a surprise to all attendees, Martí Column, president of the MS Foundation, took the stage to announce the name of the student recognized for his perseverance, exemplary attitude, and daily commitment to learning.
The scholarship was awarded to Ezequiel Bardazai, who received unanimous applause from the entire audience. A well-deserved recognition that highlights not only academic achievements, but also the way he behaved, collaborated, and inspired through discretion and perseverance.
Diploma presentation: the closing of a stage
With excitement running high, the most anticipated moment of the afternoon arrived: the official presentation of diplomas.
One by one, the students were called to the stage to collect the document that symbolizes the effort and dedication of recent years.
The presentation was carried out by grade level, following the same order as the initial parade. The students walked onto the stage in groups of five, received their diplomas, took a group photo, and returned to their seats with the sash already in place.
